Will I ever get the hang of blogging!!

Well as you can see it has been a while since I last was on.  During this time I have been a busy bee. Firstly I decided to dust off my sewing machine and have a go at making a half apron. I have to say for my first attempt I am really pleased, although one tie is longer than the other and I can't for the life of me see where I went wrong.



It was also my birthday on Monday and I took the day off work and went shopping with my friend Diane in Brighton. We had a lovely day and I even bought some new clothes.

This weekend I am hoping the weather is gong to be nice as I want to spend sone time in the garden weeding my borders and hopefully will manage to get some pale pink heathers for my pots outside the front. (Picture to follow). We are also going to fix the netting properly to prevent the heron from getting to the fish. Out of four fish there is only one left and I feel so sorry for it as it looks lonely, so going to get some more to keep it company.
